Facilitators: Nan Allison, MS, RD, LDN and Helen Romfh, LCSW.
Nan is a licensed registered dietitian specializing in Intuitive Eating counseling, food sensitivities, and sports nutrition. She has been in private practice for 22 years and is co-author of "Full and Fulfilled: the Science of Eating to your Soul's Satisfaction." She has Level 2 certification in Adult Weight Management from the American Dietetic Association.
Helen is a licensed clinical social worker with a practice focusing on teaching people how to empower themselves as they make the changes they want in their lives. She believes in an active collaborative form of therapy. She has been influenced in her approaches through training in psychodrama, experiential therapies, hypnosis and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Dates: Tuesdays, June 15 - August 31, 2010 Hours: 5 - 6:30 PM Facilitators: Nan Allison, MS, RD, LDN and Helen Romfh, LCSW.
Cost: $1000*includes 1 individual consultation with each facilitator.
$350 due by June 10th to reserve place. And $350 due by July 6th and balance of $300 by August 3rd.
