Dates: Late January - April, 2012 – 12 weeks

Dates: 12 Mondays, Late January – April, 2012
Hours: 5 – 6:30 pm

Cost: $1300*includes 2 individual consultations with each facilitator.
$400 due by January 4th 2012st $900 due by March 1st

Facilitators: Nan Allison, MS, RD, LDN and Helen Romfh, LCSW.
Nan is a licensed registered dietitian specializing in Intuitive Eating counseling, food sensitivities, and sports nutrition. She has been in private practice for 22 years and is co-author of "Full and fulfilled: the Science of Eating to your Soul's Satisfaction.”
Helen is a licensed clinical social worker with a practice focusing on teaching people how to empower themselves as they make the changes they want in their lives. She believes in an active collaborative form of therapy. She has been influenced in her approaches through training in psychodrama, experiential therapies, hypnosis and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
